This form will request the following information:
- Customer: This is the name of the customer in your QuickBooks Online instance you desire to record all transactions against (i.e. TouchPoint Giving).
- Bank Account: This is the name of the Deposit Account in your QuickBooks Online instance where the deposits for your payment gateway are being processed.
- Account Code: If you want transactions for ALL TouchPoint funds to sync to your QuickBooks Online instance, you can leave this blank. Otherwise, you will specify a common prefix for the Account Code of any fund you want to sync (i.e. GatewayA******). This is typically only necessary if you have more than 1 payment gateway associated with your TouchPoint instance.
- Email Address: This will be the email we send any error messages to for consideration. Examples for errors would include: 1) Missing Customer 2) Missing Bank Account 3) Missing Account. Please note any Fund in TouchPoint that is synced to QuickBooks Online MUST exist in QuickBooks Online. 4) Unable to connect.
When you submit this form, you will also initiate your integration service subscription and one-time setup fee.
Step 2: Authorize
- Create SQL Special Content: This query will be provided based on your responses in Step 1 along with steps to add it to your TouchPoint instance.
- Authorize the integration service: An authentication URL will be provided prompting you to authorize the service to connect to your QuickBooks Online instance.

Step 3: Activate
Respond to the ticket created in Step 2 informing us of when you would like the integration service to start. We need at least 72 business hours advance notice.
Any Batch that is CLOSED but not RECONCILED will be picked up in the nightly integration service. Once processed successfully, the TouchPoint Batch Reference ID will be updated to included the QuickBooks Deposit ID and then the batch will be marked RECONCILED in TouchPoint.
Step 4: Support
At any time, if there are errors, you will receive an alert via email at the address specified in the original form above. This can be updated at any time by emailing gethelp@solertiaelabs.com. Of course, if there are any issues with the results of the integration, these questions can also be shared with gethelp@solertiaelabs.com.
