Step 1: Discovery.
This step is initiated by the acceptance of an engagement with Solertiae. This will include the preparation of access for Solertiae to the Virtuous instance. (We will create an integration user at the organization's preferred email. This user will be attached to the API Key. After 30 days of activation, the provisioned Solertiae user can be deactivated. It can be reactivated in the future as needed for support.) Once provided, Solertiae will engage with the organization and bank to define the specifications for the bank's lockbox service. This typically takes about 60 days from start to finish.
Step 2: Authorize & Implement.
Part A: This step is completed by Solertiae upon acceptance of Step 1. It includes gathering a year's worth of historical data for consideration by the Donation Streamline service. This can take a number of interative cycles ot keep under Virtuous API governor limits.
Part B: Solertiae activates the encoding of transactions in Virtuous to produce compatible receipt documents.
Part C: Solertiae completes the "handshake" with the bank to securely retrieve daily lockbox files for final validation.
Step 3: Activate
Turn on Donation Streamline for daily processing.
