Step 1: The National Office should monitor and complete duplicates found (Duplicates (workessentials.online)) on behalf of all States. There are currently 19 members (15 in North Carolina) duplicated.
Step 2: Each State Director should email the identified members in their state and ask them to complete the Update Member Profile here (https://tpe2.workessentials.online/OnlineReg/1745) to confirm their Chapter and also enter insurance and medical information.
Step 3: On the 1st of each month, emails will automatically be generated to the following lists by state:
- Member joined this month in history. An email will be sent to request they start their recurring membership IF they have not already renewed.
- Member joined next month in history. An email will be sent reminding them that their renewal is coming up next month. It will also include the form if they would like to renew sooner.
- Member joined last month in history but have not renewed. An email will be sent reminding them that their renewal is past due.
- Member joined 2 months ago but have not renewed. An email will be sent informing them that their membership status has now lapsed. Their membership status will be updated to Lapsed Member.
Upon submission of the renewal form, we will set their member status to Individual Member or Family Member (based on their renewal amount). If Family Member, the status will be applied to all members in the family. If Individual Member, the status will be applied to the individual completing the form.
Step 4: As automated renewal reminders process, members will automatically be updated to Lapsed Member. IF a future renewal schedule fails or is cancelled, an email notification will be delivered to the State Director to avoid a lapse in membership.
